Service and Repair
inspHire has an easy to use service and repair module. You can book items in to be repaired, state what the costs are, what work was done and even apply a test certificate. This information flows into your return on investment report and you can see the life-to-date costs and year-to-date costs for any item.
- Off-Hire Service - inspHire has a full off-hire service routine, where you can ask inspHire to automatically book an item into off-hire service. This can have test certificates attached to it and helps you to control your hire fleet more effectively.
- Test Certification - Test certificates are defined by the users, therefore you can tailor your test certificates to suit your business. Test certificates can be printed out at your convenience and you can stop users from booking items out of service without a test certificate.
- Service Scheduling - Service scheduling is very simple in inspHire. You can ask the system to warn you when an item is due for a service and you can see what services you have due in a simple report. This information can even be emailed to you on a weekly basis.
You can track service periods by days used, calendar days lapsed, and by hour readings. Each different type of service can behave differently based upon your settings.
- Service History - inspHire keeps a full history of all servicing and repairs that are carried out on an item. If test certificates are filled in, inspHire will also keep these and they can be reprinted at any point.
